The products featured on our website are not located in Spain and are shipped directly from our manufacturers abroad. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, but it may vary due to customs fees, VAT, postal delays, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. However, we guarantee delivery within 90 days of purchase. (If this timeframe is not met, the order may be returned unconditionally.)
Products arrive in Spain under competent supervision and are then delivered to the destination city. Every purchase comes with a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 7 business days (unless there is a shipping issue from the supplier). Tracking allows you to monitor the package from the country of origin to your doorstep.
Delivery is always carried out by Correos. However, in some cases, such as absent recipients or restricted delivery areas, Correos may leave a notice to pick up the package at the nearest agency. For orders with two or more products, items may be shipped separately, and each will have its own tracking number.
Since this is an international order, tracking information on the Correos website may take up to 7 business days after the tracking code is issued. Buyers must ensure that the delivery address is correct before confirming the purchase. Returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
In case of failed delivery attempts, packages will be available at the agency for pickup. If not collected, they will be returned to the sender abroad. Once a reshipment is confirmed, the delivery timeframe will restart from the confirmation date recorded in the order log.
