Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you purchased a product from our online store and, upon receiving it, noticed a manufacturing defect, you are fully entitled to request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, as established by the Consumer Protection Code.

The first step is to contact our Support Center at golazostoreapoyo@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process for returning or exchanging your item.

Once we receive the package, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the conditions required for returns. After approval, our customer service team will contact you, and you will be able to choose between:

  1. Exchanging it for any available product in our stock.

  2. Receiving a full refund for the amount paid.

Both the exchange and refund processes may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned item.

Please note: customized jerseys with personalized names or numbers cannot be exchanged—unless the distributor made an error.
