Exchange and Return Policy
Our greatest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you purchased your product from our online store but found a manufacturing defect upon receiving it, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it, as established by the Consumer Protection Code, within 7 days of receipt. Remember that the first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service Center at porfutbollocos@gmail.com. Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the exchange or return. Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything complies with the return conditions for the item. After confirmation, our Customer Service team will contact you. In this case, you can choose between: 1. Exchange it for any product available in our stock. 2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products. BOTH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES HAVE A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS AFTER THE RETURN TO BE MADE AND EXCHANGES OF PERSONALIZED SHIRTS WITH OWN NAMES AND NUMBERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED (ONLY IN CASE OF DISTRIBUTOR ERROR)
